dc.description.abstract | © 2020 IEEE. Plasma medical application is one of the popular techniques for curing patients. However, the key factor in the processes is Reactive Oxygen and Nitrogen species (RONS) production which affects directly to the cell function. Especially for Nitric Oxide which is noted as one of the important specie for inducing important enzyme as telomerase and with this, it can increase the end of chromosome tail to allow for longer living. However, by using plasma technique, a closer understanding is required with the after effect in the cell treatment. Therefore, in this study, possible application for plasma technique in telomere expansion and plasma effect on cell treatment are examined and the identification of plasma parameter to minimize harmfully and step plasma technology system are explored. | en_US |
