หลักสูตรแฝง : ความสำคัญสำหรับการจัดการศึกษาทางพยาบาล

Abstract

การจัดการศึกษาในทุกระดับซึ่งดำเนินการตามหลักสูตรที่วางแผนไว้นั้น ต้องคำนึงถึงเรื่องของหลักสูตรแฝงด้วยเพราะมีความสำคัญมากต่อผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ที่ต้องการให้เกิดกับผู้เรียน การจัดการศึกษาทางการพยาบาลซึ่งเป็นการศึกษาในระดับอุดมศึกษาก็เช่นเดียวกัน ต้องให้ความสำคัญกับเรื่องของหลักสูตรแฝงซึ่งเป็นสิ่งที่ไม่ตั้งใจให้เกิดเป็นบทเรียนที่ไม่ได้เขียนไว้ในเอกสารหลักสูตรแต่ถูกสอนหรือถ่ายทอดไปยังนักศึกษาได้ หลักสูตรแฝงดังกล่าวหมายถึง สิ่งแวดล้อมค่านิยมวัฒนธรรมและบรรยากาศในสถานศึกษาทางการพยาบาลนั้น รวมทั้งหลักสูตรแฝงที่สำคัญได้แก่ เพื่อนนักศึกษาแพทย์และพยาบาลบนหอผู้ป่วย รวมทั้งบุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องทุกฝ่าย โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งคืออาจารย์พยาบาล เพราะเป็นหลักสูตรแฝงที่ใกล้ชิดและเกี่ยวข้องกับนักศึกษามากที่สุด ฉะนั้นอาจารย์พยาบาลจึงต้องทำความเข้าใจอย่างถ่องแท้และตระหนักในเรื่องดังกล่าว รวมทั้งเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีให้กับนักศึกษาและต้องปฏิบัติหน้าที่หลักคือ การสอน โดยคำนึงถึงเรื่องของหลักสูตรแฝงตลอดเวลา

Hidden curriculum is concerned for educational arrangement under plannedcurriculum at all levels. This curriculum is, therefore significance for student’s learning outcomes. Arrangement for nursing education, which was higher education level needs to pay attention to hidden curriculum as an unwritten, unofficial, and unintended lessons that taught and students absorbed.These hidden curriculum are able to transfer to students in term of environments, values, cultures, and learning atmospheres in nursing academic setting. Important hidden curriculum are involved peers, physicians, health care personnel, and significant others. Fortunately, nursing instructors are also the significance person as hidden curriculum.
