Abstract: The purpose of this research were (1) to examine the relationships among Workplace bullying, stress and turnover intention of registered nurses, (2) to study the moderating role of coping strategies in relationships between workplace bullying and stress of registered nurses and (3) to study the moderating role of coping strategies in relationships between workplace bullying and turnover intention of registered nurses. The correlational research design was used. The Sample was 240 registered nurses who work in public and private hospital, Chiang Mai province. Research instrument consisted of demographic questionnaire, workplace bullying scale, stress scale, turnover intention scale, problem-focused and emotional-focused coping scales. The reliabilities coefficient of the research instruments were .875, .887, .961, .785, .707, respectively. Data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics and the Pearson Product Moment Correlation. Multiple regression analysis and hierarchical multiple regression analysis were performed to test the research hypotheses. The research finding were as follows: 1. Workplace bully was significantly and positively related to stress of registered nurse at the level .01 (β = .111) 2. Workplace bully was significantly and positively related to turnover intention of registered nurse at the level .01 (β = .175) 3. Problem-focused coping and emotional-focused coping was not a moderate in the relationship between workplace bullying and stress of registered nurse (β = .543 and β = -.034) 5. Emotional-focused coping was significantly play a moderating role in the relationship between workplace bullying and turnover intention of registered nurse at the level .01 (β = -1.869)
