Abstract: This independent study aimed to study to reduce lead time of production process Trash Compactor by Safran Cabin Lamphun Company Limited, Which the objective is reduced lead time at least 15% currently there is a problem about Trash Compactor and Sub Assembly production is not finish as per plan. According to data for the past 1 year of production orders can be completed on time by average of 80.62% and by the average of 13.98 % late as per company’s KPI target to complete by 95% on time. Therefore the percentage of Trash compactor products is lower than target. In addition, the lead time the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system's current production process is 12.09 days. Therefore, the study wishes to reduce the average lead time at least 15% This study was conducted to reduce lead time by using lean techniques to increase efficiency in production by create questionnaire using tools Time observation Value Stream Mapping before and after improvement then using lean techniques Kanban System Waste analysis ECRS techniques Visual Management Kaizen Continuous improvement The result of study showed production process waste in activities non-value added and non-value added but necessary 4,711 minutes when applying the Lean techniques mentioned above which can reduce the lead time 1,621 minutes, average to 16.5% when referring to statistical data, lead time of production order from the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) after the improvement can reduce the lead time 18.61% average and found that the amount work order 289 work orders which can be completed according to the production plan 282 orders presented as a percentage of the orders that are finish on time averaging 97.05 % and average of 2.95 % late which can achieve the target according to the company’s key performance indicator (KPI) and can producework that can be completed at the target of production work to be completed at 95%
