dc.description.abstract	Fleet management is one of important tasks in retail business. This activity is a routine work that should be carried out every day, starting from fleet’s size selection that should fit with the area in front of stores; assigning the number of stores to each truck based on maximizing fleet’s utilization. Then the proposed method was used in decision support system development via Labview. One sample case study’s problem was selected to test the effectiveness of the proposed procedure. The results from the current method were to assign 3 trucks with 78.25% utilization on average, while the results from the proposed solution were the reduction in the number of trucks to 2 trucks with higher average utilization as 88.33%. The program developed from this research can be used at the company case study. Using this program, to generate fleet’s plans can be carried out easier and the plans are more efficient.	en_US

thesis.description.thaiAbstract	การจัดบริหารจัดการรถบรรทุกสินค้าเป็นกิจกรรมที่สำคัญในธุรกิจขายปลีก และเป็นงานประจำที่ต้องทำในทุกๆวัน โดยการวางแผนการทำงานในแต่ละวันจะเริ่มจากการเลือกขนาดของรถบรรทุกที่เหมาะสมกับพื้นที่หน้าร้านของร้านสาขา และหาจำนวนร้านสาขาที่เหมาะสมเพื่อให้เกิดอรรถประโยชน์ของรถบรรทุกให้มากที่สุด จากนั้นจึงทำการกำหนดลำดับของร้านสาขา จากนั้นนำวิธีตัดสินใจที่พัฒนาขึ้นไปทำการสร้างโปรแกรม ผ่านโปรแกรม Labview ซึ่งเมื่อนำเอาโปรแกรมที่พัฒนาขึ้นมาทำการหาคำตอบให้กับตัวอย่างของปัญหาจริงของบริษัทกรณีศึกษา พบว่า ค่าอรรถประโยชน์โดยเฉลี่ยของรถบรรทุกสำหรับเส้นทางตัวอย่างจากวิธีทำงานปัจจุบันซึ่งมีค่าเท่ากับร้อยละ 78.25 และมีการใช้รถทั้งหมดจำนวน 3 คัน เมื่อใช้วิธีที่พัฒนาขึ้นสามารถลดจำนวนรถบรรทุกที่ใช้เหลือ 2 คัน และเพิ่มค่าอรรถประโยชน์โดยเฉลี่ยเป็นร้อยละ 88.33 ซึ่งโปรแกรมที่สร้างขึ้นสามารถนำไปใช้ที่บริษัทกรณีศึกษาได้จริง และช่วยให้การจัดรถบรรทุกสินค้าสามารถทได้สะดวกและได้แผนที่มีประสิทธิภาพที่ดีขึ้น	en_US
