Abstract: The objective of this research was to study using group process to modify health behavior of high school students taking tutorial classes, Chiang Mai Province. The samples group were high school students at Dara Academy School, who take the tutorial classes during the first semester 2014 in Mueang District, Chiang Mai. This research selected the sample group by using purposive sampling for 40 persons. The tools were used in this study were group process activities that affect to the change in six health behaviors which consisted of the 17 different activities. The data were collected by using research questionnaire, behavior observation form, evaluation form and data record form. Researcher collected data by herself, both before and after using this process during 6 weeks. The data were analyzed by using frequency distribution, percentage, median and ranking including means, standard deviation and compare health behavior mean before and after program by Paired Samples t-test. The results showed that 1. Health care behavioral of safety before and after using group process to modify health behaviors showed that the mean before the participation was 3.32, whereas the mean after the participation was 3.86, and statistically significant was at the 0.001 level. 2. Health care behavioral of food consumption before and after using group process to modify health behaviors showed that the mean before the participation was 3.55, whereas the mean after the participation was 4.02, and statistically significant was at the 0.01 level. 3. Health care behavioral of exercise before and after using group process to modify health behaviors showed that the mean before the participation was 2.54, whereas the mean after the participation was 3.38, and statistically significant was at the 0.001 level. 4. Health care behavioral of relaxation before and after using group process to modify health behaviors showed that the mean before the participation was 3.11, whereas the mean after the participation was 3.74, and statistically significant was at the 0.001 level. 5. Health care behavioral of mental health and stress management before and after using group process to modify health behaviors showed that the mean before the participation was 3.29, whereas the mean after the participation was 3.77, and statistically significant was at the 0.01 level. 6. Health care behavioral of 5 health behavior include 1) Safety 2) Food Consumption 3) Exercise 4) Relaxation and 5) Mental Health and Stress Management before and after using group process to modify health behaviors showed that the mean before the participation was 3.16, whereas the mean after the participation was 3.75, and statistically significant was at the 0.01 level. 7. Health care behavioral of relationship found that it was according to an observation on a use of group process activities, the samples group were developed in more familiar and more presented in opinion on the group and showed recognition of the requirement to change themselves and groups of friends.
