Abstract: This research had a target to examine the employees’ quality of work life and procedure of Chiang Mai International Airport. Data was analyzed by using the descriptive statistics on the questionnaire about working condition and procedure of 240 employees consisting of 185 full-time employees and 55 temporary staff of the airport. For the quality of work life, data was collected by using the criteria of quality of working by Richard E. Walton and analyzed by using Likert scale. The finding indicated that a majority of full-time employees is male and married. Average aged is 38. Certificate degree obtained is Bachelor’s degree and upper. Mostly works in officer’s level 1 to 3. Officers’ incomes is 40,000 Baht. Averaged period of employment is 13 years. Permanent employees had good eight conditions of Walton’s the quality of work life criteria. The best dimension is an opportunity for continued growth and security. The airport promoted the qualified staff from their works and shifted the position inside the office to appropriately enhance the output of organization. The second is an adequate and fair compensation. The amount of work is reasonable when comparing to wage and expense in the economy. The third is a safe and healthy working conditions. The annual medical checkup and clean and safe work space are significantly contribute to this factor. For temporary staff, the study indicated that a majority of them is female and married. Average aged is 35. Certificate degree obtained is Bachelor’s degree. Officer’s level is mostly level 0 to 2. Officers’ incomes started at 20,000 Baht. Averaged period of employment is 10 years. Temporary staff had good eight conditions of Walton’s the quality of work life criteria. The best is an opportunity for continued growth and security. The airport promoted the qualified staff from their works and shifted the position inside the office to appropriately enhance the output of organization. The second is a safe and healthy working conditions. The annual medical checkup and clean and safe work space are significantly contribute to this factor. The third is an adequate and fair compensation. The amount of work is reasonable when comparing to wage and expense in the economy.
