Abstract: | The purposes of this Independent study were to: 1) To study the state and problems of Inclusive Education Administration of Inclusive Schools, Chiang Rai Primary Service Area Office3. 2) To study the development strategies of Inclusive Education Administration of Inclusive Schools, Chiang Rai Primary Service Area Office3. The steps of this study were to: 1) To study of the state and problems of Inclusive Education Administration of Inclusive Schools, population used in this study consisted of the directors, the heads of academic department, and the teachers who are responsible for Inclusive Education of Inclusive Schools. The instrument used was Questionnaire and the data was analyzed by mean, standard deviation and frequency rank. 2) The study and the draft of development strategies of Inclusive Education Administration of Inclusive Schools, the target groups were the directors, the heads of academic department, the teachers who are responsible for Inclusive Education of Inclusive Schools, and the supervisors who are responsible for Inclusive Education. The instrument used interview and data analyzed was inductive reasoning. 3) The investigation of the development strategies draft of Inclusive Education administration of Inclusive schools. The research founding was as followed the state of Inclusive Education of Inclusive Schools reveal medium level in general. In specific points, they were put order from the highest to the lowest as the following aspects, first of all, learning activities reveal high level. Seconds, tools were found in the same high level and the last one, students and environment were medium level. All of them got the same mean. Problems of Inclusive Education Administration were special child don’t pay attention in learning, special child teaching. Lack of interest from the parents, and also don’t have the preparation for learning before coming to school. Lack of school budget improves environment classroom and teaching aids. There aren’t enough media facilities and also evaluation and measurement tools that appropriate in each students. For the development strategies of Inclusive Education Administration of Inclusive Schools were suggested that the directors should appoint Inclusive Education Administration of Inclusive Schools committees and define them about their role and responsibility in Inclusive Education Administration follow the SEAT Framework under all cooperation. Next, joining the experts who are experienced in finding some suitable equipment and screaming special child. Moreover, teachers and personals in the school should have the opportunity to improve themselves about teaching techniques and research, following, checking, and satisfaction assessment in working on order to improve Inclusive School. Finally, the feasibility, the correctness and the suitability reveal high level in general. |
