Abstract: This independent study aimed at exploring customer satisfaction towards service of Somsanguan Eye Clinic. The data was collected from 340 customers at Somsanguan Eye Clinic by using the questionnaires, based on 6 satisfaction aspects comprising convenience, coordination, courtesy, medical information, quality of care and out of pocket costs. The given data were then analyzed by applying descriptive statistics which composed of frequency, percentage and mean. From the study, the results of 6 satisfaction aspects showed the highest to the lowest level. The highest level was found in Quality of care follow by Courtesy, Coordination, Medical Information, Out of pocket costs and Consumer Satisfaction respectively. However, the overall results of the customer satisfaction were at the highest level with services of Somsanguan Eye Clinic. When considered each aspect, they were satisfied at the highest level except comprising convenience and out of pocket costs which were satisfied at only high level.
