Abstract: The objective of this independent study was to study factors, which affected quality of work life of operational level employees at JPM Sausage Company Limited in Ongkarung district, Nakorn Nayok province. The analysis was based on the concept of Quality of Work life, Management System of Quality of Work Life (MS-QWL) by The Human Capacity Building institute, The Federation of Thai Industries. The data was collected by questionnaire distributed to 200 operational level employees of JPM Sausage Company Limited in Ongkarung district, Nakorn Nayok province. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, namely frequency, percentage, mean, Correlation Analysis, and Multiple Regression Analysis. The results of the study showed that the most questionnaire respondents were male (55%), 36-45 years old (35%) and graduated with Mathayom 6 certification (75%). Most were paid monthly (53%) and stationed at packing section (50%). They had been working at the company over 5 years (39.5%). The operational level employees’ opinion towards their overall quality of work life at the company was at the high level. The 6 factors affecting the quality of work life were ranked at high level in following order: environment, mind, social relation, spirituality and body, by the way, life stability was ranked at the medium level. The relation between the 6 factors and the overall the quality of work life was at the statistically significance level of 0.05, and the relation was at the high level, in the same direction. The multiple regressions also shown the positive variation (R = 0.616), the predictability ability was at 38%. The 62% of their quality of work life was body and spirituality, which were the factors that affected overall quality of work life by statistic significantly.
