Abstract: The objective of this independent study is to design the development of information technology for strategic human resource management of Mae Rim Wittayakhom school. The system was designed to include of 8 sub-systems user management, history management, candidate management, development and analysis of work management, performance evaluation management, staffing plan management, report of information technology management, authentication and database backups. Users were divided into 6 groups, including the administrator, school administrator, learning group leaders, personal officer, staff and applicant or end users. It is a system created to provide the necessary information for school administrator to consider promoted and staffing plan. The development of information technology for strategic human resource management was created on a Windows 7 operating system, using PHP language for web page development, MySQL for database management, and run through a web browser. The system evaluation using questionnaires includes responses from 20 persons including 1 administrator, 3 school administrator, 8 learning group leaders, 1 personal official, 6 staff and 1 end user. The user satisfaction average is 4.48, the high level. The result shows that the system can be optimized for development of information technology for strategic human resource management of Mae Rim Wittayakhom school and appropriate for the user’s requirements.
