Abstract

การพัฒนาวิชาชีพพยาบาลขึ้นกับผู้นำองค์กรที่ดี ตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของวิชาชีพพยาบาล ทั้งมุ่งมั่นตั้งใจที่จะสร้างความก้าวหน้าให้วิชาชีพ ในอดีตที่ผ่านมามีผู้นำในวิชาชีพการพยาบาลที่เสียสละ อุทิศตน เพื่อพัฒนาวิชาชีพให้เป็นที่ยอมรับของสังคม การเรียนรู้ประสบการณ์ในอดีตของผู้นำ จะเป็นหนึ่งบทเรียนรู้ของการพัฒนาวิชาชีพ ส่งเสริมคุณภาพการพยาบาลอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม

Professional nursing development is relied on a good organization leader, who recognizes the significance of nursing profession and strongly intends to create the profession advancement. In the previous time, there are nursing leaders devoting themselves to develop the profession for social acceptance. Learning previous experiences of a leader will be a lesson learnt of professional development, contributing precisely to nursing quality.
