Abstract

ฟันกรามแท้ซี่ที่หนึ่งขึ้นผิดที่เกิดจากแนวการขึ้นของฟันกรามแท้เอียงใกล้กลางผิดปกติ มีผลให้เกิดเป็นฟันคุดอยู่ใต้ส่วนป่องด้านไกลกลางของตัวฟันกรามน้ำนมซี่ที่สองรายงานนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอผู้ป่วยเด็กอายุ 6 ปี มีฟันกรามแท้ล่างซ้ายซี่ที่หนึ่งขึ้นผิดที่แก้ไขด้วยเครื่องมือฮอลเทอแมนโดยใช้แรงเคลื่อนฟันกรามแท้ล่างซ้ายซี่ที่หนึ่งถอยหลังด้วยยาง การรักษาประสบความสำเร็จและฟันกรามสามารถตั้งขึ้นได้

Ectopic eruption of permanent first molars occurs due to the molar’s abnormal mesioangular eruption path, resulting in an impaction at distal prominence of the primary second molar’s crown. The objective of this article was to report a six-year-old girl who had ectopic eruption of left mandibular permanent first molar and corrected by using Halterman appliance designed to move left mandibular permanent first molar distally with elastic chain. The molar had been successfully treated and uprighted.
