| dc.description.abstract | แม้ว่าโรคฮีโมฟีเลียจะเป็นที่รู้จักกันตั้งแต่สมัยโบราณ แต่ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับโรคและการรักษาอย่างถูก ต้องเพิ่งมีมาเพียง 50 ปีเท่านั้น หลังการค้นพบไครโอพริซิปิเตทในช่วงปี ค.ศ. 1950-1960 ซึ่งถือเป็นจุด เปลี่ยนที่สำคัญของการรักษาผู้ป่วยโรคฮีโมฟีเลีย ได้มีความก้าวหน้าในการรักษาโรคฮีโมฟีเลียอย่างรวดเร็ว ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการให้แฟคเตอร์เข้มข้นและยา desmopressin เพื่อรักษาและป้องกันภาวะเลือดออก การ พัฒนาสารทางเบี่ยง (bypassing agent) เพื่อใช้ในผู้ป่วยโรคฮีโมฟีเลียที่มีสารต้านแฟคเตอร์ รวมไปถึงการ ผลิตแฟคเตอร์ที่ออกฤทธิ์นานและการรักษาโรคฮีโมฟีเลียด้วยการรักษาทางยีน ซึ่งเป็นความรู้ดังกล่าวสิ่งที่ น่าสนใจและต้องติดตามต่อไปในอนาคต | en_US |
