| dc.description.abstract | วัณโรคอวัยวะสืบพันธุสตรีที่เกิดจากการกระจายไปทางกระแสเลือดมักจะพบการติด เชื้อปฐมภูมิจากปอดหรือจากอวัยวะอื่นๆ โดยพบติดเชื้อสวนมากที่ทอนำไขและเยื่อบุโพรงมดลูก สวนปากมดลูกและรังไขก็อาจจะพบไดบาง สำหรับชองคลอดและปากชองคลอดพบนอยมาก รายงานผูปวยหญิง 1 ราย มีแผลเรื้อรังที่ปากชองคลอดที่ตำแหนง 4-6 นาฬกาไดรับการรักษาดวย ยาปฏิชีวนะหลายชนิดอาการไมดีขึ้น ผลการตรวจเนื้อเยื่อที่แผลพบวาเปนวัณโรคและพบวามีรอง รอยวัณโรคในปอดขางขวาไดรับการรักษาดวยยาตานวัณโรคตามเกณฑมาตรฐาน 6 เดือน ผลการ รักษาแผลเรื้อรังที่อวัยวะสืบพันธุดีขึ้นมากภายในเวลา 6 สัปดาห ผูปวยรายนี้เปนตัวอยางผูปวยที่ แสดงอาการแผลวัณโรคที่ปากชองคลอดที่พบนอยมากและตอบสนองการรักษาดวยยาตาน วัณโรคเปนอยางดี หลังจากการใชยาปฏิชีวนะหลายชนิดไมไดผล | en_US |
