| dc.description.abstract | การแพ้รุนแรงระหว่างการระงับความรู้สึกแบบทั่วร่างเกิดได้ไม่บ่อยนักแต่อาจรุนแรงถึงชีวิต พบว่าเกิดได้ จากหลายสาเหตุเนื่องจากมีการใช้ยาหลายชนิดร่วมกัน ผู้ป่วยทุกรายที่มีประวัติสงสัย anaphylaxis ใน ห้องผ่าตัดควรได้รับการประเมินเพื่อหาสาเหตุอย่างเหมาะสม แพทย์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านโรคภูมิแพ้มีบทบาท ช่วยประเมินหาสาเหตุและให้คําแนะนําในการเลือกยาเพื่อป้องกันการเกิดการแพ้ซ้ําในอนาคต บทความนี้ เป็นรายงานผู้ป่วยที่เกิดปฏิกิริยาการแพ้รุนแรง 2 ครั้ง ที่เกิดจาก neuromuscular blocking agents 2 ตัว คือ atacurium และ cisatracurium โดยได้รับการตรวจยืนยันด้วยผลการตรวจทางผิวหนัง นอกจากนี้ ยังเสนอบททบทวนวรรณกรรมเพื่อเป็นแนวทางการประเมินเพื่อวินิจฉัย และป้องกันผู้ป่วยที่มาด้วย anaphylaxis ในห้องผ่าตัด | en_US |
