In the present work, SrFe0.5Nb0.5O3(SFN) ceramics doped with calcium were synthesized via a solid state reaction technique. X-ray diffraction reveals that both the powders and ceramics have a pure-phase perovskite structure with orthorhombic symmetry. The dielectric properties and related parameters of the ceramics were investigated. The result revealed that the ceramics exhibit good dielectric behavior and have a significant potential for dielectric applications. © 2013 Copyright Taylor and Francis Group, LLC.en_US
