Abstract

The objective of this project is to development a risk management tool by using scrum methodology and improves risk management process. The main problems of the old process are high time consumption in risk searching and high losing risk document. Benefit of Scrum methodology is increase the quality of the deliverable because the iteration rules and scrum will tracking risk display and update risk status in every sprint until status of risk were close. This project use UML technique for analysis requirement to structure design. Risk Management for Scrum Software Project is a web application divide to four part; member management, project management, risk management and report management develop by using PHP language for coding and mySQL for database management. The results of experiments using risk management tools on software project comparison with two projects. The result of comparison the new process use time for risk management only 27% of the whole time, which is less developed than the old process 31% of the whole time, which means the new process can improve a risk management process and this project achieves the objective and can work under requirement of user.
