Abstract

This independent study has 2 objectives which are 1) to study the problem and solution guidelines of Student Care and Support System Implementation of Chomtong Industrial and Community Education College, Chiang Mai Province 2) to study about the Guidelines for Student Care and Support System Implementation of Chomtong Industrial and Community Education College, Chiang Mai Province. There are 3 steps for this study which are 1) study for the problem and solution guidelines of the Student Care and Support System Implementation of Chomtong Industrial and Community Education College, Chiang Mai Province. The population for this study were 70 people of the basic education institution committee, directors of the school, the teachers and the person who work in Chomtong Industrial and Community Education College, Chiang Mai Province. The tools used in this study was questionnaire and the data was analyzed by using average and standard deviation. 2) study and draft the guidelines of Student Care and Support System Implementation of Chomtong Industrial and Community Education College, Chiang Mai Province. The population for this study were the directors of the school, the chief, the head and committee who work about Student Care and Support System. The tool used for this study was interview and the data was analyzed by inductive inference. 3) examine the guidelines of Student Care and Support System Implementation of Chomtong Industrial and Community Education College, ช Chiang Mai Province. The populations for this study were the 5 people who expert for Student Care and Support System. The tools used in this study were the examination form of possibility, suitability, and usefulness. The data was analyzed by using average and standard deviation. From the study, it found that the problem of Student Care and Support System at Chomtong Industrial and Community Education College, Chiang Mai Province in 5 parts were individual student, student selection, promoting and development, to help prevent and resolve, and student referral so they were in high level. The solution guidelines for problem of individual student use several methods for finding the students, use the suitable papers and form, and take the data into system, student selection were planning system of student selection, divide the students, and kept the secret for the students, promoting and development do the suitable project by using the parents, help prevent and resolve caring the students, participle with their parents and others, and student referral were planning, analysis the students before to forward, keep the knowledge for their parents and others, and used SDQ Behavior Assessment Form.
