Abstract: This independent study aimed to study factors affecting daily employees of Tropical Premier Foods Company Limited towards job selection. Population of this study was specified to 176 daily employees of the studied company and questionnaires were used as the tool to collect data. Then, the obtained data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, including frequency, percentage and means. According to the study, most daily employees were female in the age of 26-35 years old, married, graduated in secondary level of education and had 3 - 5 years of work period at the Tropical Premier Foods Company Limited. Their monthly income as gained from the daily wage was 7,501-9,000 Baht. Most of them worked at other workplaces before moving to the studied company and their reason of job dislocation was mentioned to the long distance of the workplace to their residence. Source of information where they learned about the job vacancy of the Tropical Premier Foods Company Limited was the vacancy sign board in front of the company. The results of the study on factors affecting daily employees of Tropical Premier Foods Company Limited towards job selection presented that the factors of working conditions, pay and co-workers were equally ranked at the moderate level, then, followed by leader, benefit, organization and management, work, and recognition factors, respectively. However, the factor of promotion affected job selection of these employees at low level. The top element of each factor, which affected the daily employees towards job selection at the highest level, was shown hereafter. For work factor, it was the job accomplishment as expected. For pay factor, it was the appropriate wage and overtime pay. For promotion factor, it was the opportunity to attend in trainings to strengthen skills for assigned tasks. For recognition factor, it was the pride in work. For benefit factor, it was the shuttle service. In working conditions, it was the break during work hours. For leader factor, it was the cooperation and assistance of leaders. For co-workers factor, it was the friendliness and sincerity. For organization and management, it was the clear personnel policies.
