Abstract: The objective of this study is to study the quality of general administration affair according to the opinion of staff including to the problem and the suggestion in quality development of general administration affair of Wangnua Wittaya School, the secondary educational service area office 35. The population used in this study, academic year of 2013, was 99 people and the population use in searching for the conclusion about the problem and the suggestion was 14 people. The tool used in this study was questionnaire and interviewing form. The data was analyzed by frequency, percentage, average and standard deviation. The study result of the quality development of general administration affair, the problem and the suggestion to develop the quality of general administration affair of Wangnua Wittaya School was separated into 3 aspects which are facility and environment, audio & visual equipment and technology, and information technology and public relation. 1. Facility and environment, the quality development, there was an annually procedure report, planning for procedure according to the plan and policy of the school, having participation in providing services to community and other organization and encouraging every sectors involving the plan to be participated in procedure planning. The problem found in this administration were there was not enough number of facilities to support learning activities, lacked of examination and solving the problem of material and lacked of monitoring continuously. The suggestion are there should be some improvement of facilities, a meeting for procedure planning systematically, asking for opinion from every involving sectors, recruiting enough number of staff, appointing the committee for monitoring and conclusion for the data for further development. 2. Audio & visual equipment and information technology, the quality development, there were some solving and improvement according to the suggestion of monthly meeting, meeting for annually report, and supporting involving staff to be participated in procedure planning. The problems found in this administration, there was not enough number of material for learning activities, the procedure was delayed, lacked of staff, lacked of cooperation, lacked of monitoring and lacked of meeting continuously. There should be some staffs to be in charge of material and resource and the administrator should monitor it regularly. The suggestion are collecting the data up to date, appointing committee for monitoring and reporting the result to the superior regularly. 3. Information technology and public relation, the quality development, determined staff and their responsibility very clearly and there was news information to all staff and involving sectors. The problem found in this administration were there was a few staff, not enough budget, lacked of systematical planning, internet reception had problems many times, lacked of cooperation, public relation not covering, monitoring not covering, not enough staff to the work, lack of cooperation in development, not enough budget for procedure and improvement. The suggestions are there should be a systematical planning, monitoring the period of public relation, have some staff staying at place to provide the services to student and other staff in the school.
