Abstract: This independent study has 2 objectives which are 1) to study the problem and solution guidelines of quality management for Anuban Pattanatonnamkunkong School and 2) to study the quality management guidelines for Anuban Pattanatonnamkunkong School, Chiang Dao District, Chiang Mai Province. There are 3 steps for this study which are 1) study for the problem and solution guidelines of the quality management. The population for this study were the municipal mayor of Tung Khaw Pwung Sub-district, the deputy chief of Tung Khaw Pwung Sub-district, the head of education division, the committee of basic education and the teacher. The tools used in this study was questionnaire and the data was analyzed by using average and standard deviation. 2) study and draft the guidelines of quality management. The population for this study was the directors of the school, who has national prize for excellent administration, from 5 school. The tool used for this study was questionnaire and the data was analyzed by inductive inference. 3) examine the guidelines of quality management. The populations for this study were the experts, the school administrators and the municipal mayor of Tung Khaw Pwung Sub-district which were the total population of 5 people. The tools used in this study were the examination form of possibility, suitability, and usefulness. The data was analyzed by using average and standard deviation. From the study, it found that the problem of quality management of Anuban Pattanatonnamkunkong School, Chiang Dao District, Chiang Mai Province in academics, budget, human resource management and general administration were in high level. The solution guidelines for academic problem is to promote the teachers to teach the students as in child center method, develop learning process to have the students be able to create own knowledge. For the budget problem, there should be a meeting for budget management framework, allocating the budget for each projects as in the education development plan. For human resource management, there should be nomination, appointments and staff planning. For general administration, there should be a development of information technology network system and educational cooperation network. The auditing result of possibility, suitability and usefulness of quality management guideline of Anuban Pattanatonnamkunkong School, Chiang Dao District, Chiang Mai Province was in the highest level.
