Abstract

Due to a university lead regularity for transfer of an undergraduate studying. Effect of this system for the student graduated in diploma degree who could learn in undergraduate degree. The old credit system for transfer of the student was transferred by myself in several step that was recorded to a paper. The old system had many problem and delayed credit transfer. This independent study aims to solving the problem with the old system changed to the web application for transferred credit by using decision tree for accurate result. This research designed suitable database part for transfer of academic credits. The screen design was regarded to related user who had two group that were teacher and student. The user group determined permission for data access and the role had different way for using that system had security. From test result in computer engineering major founded student, teacher and committee of the major who used system. The result of satisfied users could be calculated as 97.20% and the system was worked effectively.
