Abstract: | This independent study, conducted within the framework of the Master of Public Administration Program at Chiang Mai University, focuses on examining the role and leadership dynamics essential for establishing a sustainable health cooperation network in Phayao Province. The objective is to elucidate the significance of leadership in constructing health networks and to analyze various factors influencing the management of such networks in Phayao Province. The study employs data collection methodologies, primarily in-depth interviews conducted with key informants comprising organizational leaders, local-level leadership groups, community leaders, and health network members. Key findings highlight the impact of leaders' characteristics and roles on network operations, with particular emphasis on personal traits, vision, and strategic approaches. Additionally, the study identifies leadership transitions as a significant factor contributing to policy fluctuations and underscores the importance of managing relationships among network members, which is contingent upon various environmental factors. The study concludes by emphasizing the imperative of implementing strategies to ensure the sustainability of health networks in Phayao Province. |
