Abstract: Three purposes of this independent study were 1) to examine the current status, and desired conditions for curriculum administration, 2) to develop guidelines for curriculum administration, and 3) to evaluate the effectiveness of the guidelines for curriculum administration of Mathematics and Sciences enrichment program for excellence Anubann Chiangmai School. The study was conducted in three stages according to the objectives: 1) Assessment of current conditions and desired conditions of curriculum management involved kindergarten school administrators and teachers responsible for teaching special mathematics and science classes at the primary level of Chiang Mai Kindergarten School in the academic year 2566. Purposive sampling was employed, with 32 participants using questionnaires. 2) Study and development of curriculum management guidelines included data providers such as school administrators, qualified curriculum managers for special mathematics and science classrooms, and relevant academics. Purposive sampling was utilized, with 4 participants, and structured interviews were conducted. 3) Examination of primary school curriculum management guidelines for special mathematics and science classrooms towards excellence at Anubann Chiangmai School involved data providers divided into three groups based on their experiences in curriculum management for special mathematics and science classrooms. Purposive sampling was employed, totaling 27 individuals, and a guideline examination questionnaire was used for data analysis. The study findings are summarized as follows: 1) The current status, desired conditions, and priority need index for managing the Mathematics and Sciences enrichment program found that the current management status overall is at a high level. The desired management conditions are also at the highest level, with the Priority Needs Index (PNIModified) indicating a comprehensive necessity for improvement, with a PNIModified value of 0.11. 2) The guidelines for curriculum administration of Mathematics and Sciences enrichment program for excellence Anubann Chiangmai School are as follows 1) Needs analysis and differentiation of students' needs each academic year to obtain useful information for the development of students' learning in each academic year. 2)Procurement of basic technology and development of teacher readiness in using modern technology through training in various formats, both online and offline, to keep up with contemporary technological advancements. 3)Collaboration with higher quality schools as mentors to promote knowledge exchange locally and internationally. 4)Establishment of frameworks and guidelines for guidance, tailored to the context, including setting guidance objectives, guidance scheduling, and performance indicators. 5) Assessment of readiness in using media, technology, and other special laboratory equipment related to curriculum promotion and readiness in learning resources specified for activities promoting student development according to the curriculum. 3) The overall assessment of suitability and feasibility of guidelines for curriculum administration of Mathematics and Sciences enrichment program for excellence Anubann Chiangmai School, the findings indicate the highest level of appropriateness. Additionally, the overall accuracy assessment also indicates a high level of accuracy.
