Abstract: The purposes of this research were to 1) studied the current situation, desirable conditions, and demand to promoting innovative learning management for teachers in schools attached to local administrative organization, Chiang Mai province. 2) studied guidelines for promoting innovative learning management for teachers in schools attached to local administrative organization 3) created and quality checked guidelines for promoting innovative learning management for teachers in schools attached to local administrative organization. The research method is divided into 3 steps. The samples consisted of two lecturers, a supervisor, forty-one administrators, forty-one teachers or person in charge about learning at amount as 85 people. The research instruments were questionnaires, semi-structured interviews and guideline checks. The data analysis was frequency, means, S.D., arrange and analyze content by summarized induction. The research results were as follows. 1. The current situation for promoting innovative learning management for teachers in schools attached to local administrative organization, Chiang Mai province is generally at a high level. The desirable conditions to promoting innovative learning management for teachers in schools attached to local administrative organization, Chiang Mai province is at the highest level, and the most critical need for promoting innovation in learning management for teachers in schools attached to local administrative organization, Chiang Mai is found to be rewarding innovators in learning management. 2. The study on promoting innovation in learning management for teachers in schools attached to local administrative organization, Chiang Mai province, focusing on schools demonstrating good practices, reveals that there is an analysis of the school context and proactive strategic planning. Furthermore, there are training programs aimed at developing teachers' skills, opportunities for knowledge exchange, and recognition through awards for innovators in learning management who meet established criteria. 3. The development of guidelines for promoting innovation in learning management for teachers in schools attached to local administrative organization, Chiang Mai province consists of three components: 1) Objectives, 2) Implementation methods, and 3) Success criteria. The validation process indicates that overall, these guidelines exhibit the highest level of accuracy, suitability, and feasibility, meeting the predefined criteria across all dimensions.
