Abstract: This research aims to study and collect data on the production process for wire mesh factories to be able to track the operating status of machines in the production process in time. By developing a system for receiving and sending data on the operating status of machines in the beaming process. The researcher installed a tension sensor to receive tension variables. There are 2 LoRa devices used to receive and send tension data from the sensors. The LoRa sender is connected to a tension sensor. It is the one that takes the data from the tension sensor and sends it to the LoRa receiver. The LoRa receiver has an ESP32 board that will send the tension to the database server. It uses an API to pull the data into the database. Google sheet where data will be extracted and analyzed the data from the tension obtained. The researcher determines the hypothesis of the operation of the machine from the data obtained by when the machine stops working, determining the tension value to be equal to 0% for more than 2 minutes will calculate the length of time the machine has stopped working and the length of time the machine can work. When the tension value starts to be abnormal less than 40% and greater than 60% and does not on the standard may cause machine malfunctions. There is a notification via the Line application so that the maintenance department and related agencies can hurry and fix it in time. Therefore, from the analysis of the data results, the variables are the duration that the machine works and the period that the machine stops working. Therefore, the obtained variable values are used to calculate MTBF, MTTR, and Availability values. Then, these variable values are displayed in a report on the Dashboard using Looker Studio so that production status can be tracked and analyzed to solve problems in time.
