Abstract: The Development of Internal Quality Assurance Manual for Foreign Language Department of Anubaan Chiangmai School aims to: (1) Study the current situation, desired state, and needs for Internal Quality Assurance for Foreign Language Department of Anubaan Chiangmai School. (2) Study the Internal Quality Assurance for Foreign Language Department of educational institutions with best practices. and (3) Develop and verify the Internal Quality Assurance Manual for Foreign Language Department of Anubaan Chiangmai School. The study is divided into three steps. The target group includes 53 participants: school administrators, heads of academic affairs, heads of educational quality assurance, foreign language teachers, and experts. The tools used are questionnaires, interviews, workshop agendas, and manual verification forms. The data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, mean ranking, and inferential analysis. The results of the study found that: 1. Study the current situation, desired state, and needs for Internal Quality Assurance for Foreign Language Department of Anubaan Chiangmai School. are found to be at a moderate level overall. When considered in detail, most aspects are also at a moderate level. The establishment of educational standards for the learning group is the most actualized, followed by the implementation according to the educational development plan for the learning group, and the creation of an educational development plan aimed at quality according to the group's standards, ranked third. The expected level overall is found to be at the highest level. When considered in detail, most aspects are at the highest level. The establishment of educational standards for the learning group has the highest level of expectation, followed by the implementation according to the educational development plan for the learning group, and the evaluation and internal quality inspection of the learning group, ranked third. The index of essential needs reveals that the creation of the self-assessment report for the learning group has the highest necessity, followed by the evaluation and internal quality inspection of the learning group, and the monitoring of the operations to improve the school to meet the standards of the learning group with equal average values. The creation of an educational development plan aimed at quality according to the group's standards is ranked third. 2.The study results on internal quality assurance for Foreign Language Department of educational institutions with best practices found that administrators and teachers analyze the context of the educational institution, set educational standards, indicators, and specific considerations beyond those prescribed by the Ministry of Education for the Foreign Language Learning Area. The operations are driven by an educational management development plan through various projects and activities, with continuous assessment and quality verification, as well as tracking 3.The Development of Internal Quality Assurance Manual for Foreign Language Department of Anubaan Chiangmai School consisted of 8 components: 1) Objectives 2) Scope 3) Definitions 4) Responsibilities 5) Procedures 6) References 7) Forms and8) Recording tools. The results of the validation for accuracy, appropriateness, and feasibility are at the highest level overall, meeting all set criteria in every aspect.
