Abstract: The objectives of this independent study are to 1) assess the level of happiness at work among staffs at Doi Suthep - Pui National Park. 2) identify factors influencing happiness at work among these staffs and 3) examine the relationships between these factors and overall happiness at work. It is a quantitative methods research endeavor involving a sample of 144 participants from staffs at Doi Suthep - Pui National Park. The participants were selected through purposive sampling based on Krejcie and Morgan's formula. Data was gathered through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation as well as inferential statistics including Linear Regression Analysis. The findings indicate that most respondents are male, aged between 40-49 years old with undergraduate degrees, and single. They were typically employed on contract terms and had a tenure of 11-20 years in the organization. Results indicated a high overall level of work happiness among staff members, with the aspect of attitude towards the nature of work scoring the highest average, followed by attitude towards the working environment. Conversely, attitudes towards workplace relationships and compensation and welfare scored the lowest. Moreover, hypothesis testing showed that officials working in Doi Suthep - Pui National Park exhibited a high level of work happiness, contrary to the initial assumptions. Statistically significant factors influencing work happiness included attitudes towards work characteristics, workplace relationships, and the working environment. However, there was no discernible relationship between attitudes towards compensation and benefits and work happiness among staffs. The predictive accuracy for work happiness among operational staff in Doi Suthep - Pui National Park, Chiang Mai Province, was estimated at 56.2%, suggesting a need for organizations to prioritize improving the work environment to foster a happier and congenial atmosphere.
