Abstract

The objectives of this 1) study were Study the academic operation status of the Prajim Pattana Quality Development Network, 2) Develop guidelines for Academic Operations of Prajim Pattana Educational Quality Development Network Cluster, 3) Verify the accuracy and appropriateness of the guidelines for the academic operation of the Prajim Pattana Quality Development Network The research procedure is divided into 3 steps (1) Studying the current state of academic operations of the Prajim Pattana Quality Development Network Under the jurisdiction of the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 6, Chiang Mai Data was collected from 33 target groups School administrators Network supervisors Teachers responsible for academic affairs Local teachers Research instruments Questionnaire Data analysis Frequency Percentage Mean Standard deviation (2) Development of Academic Operation Guidelines for the Prajim Pattana Quality Development Network Target Group School administrators Educational supervisors 7 participants Instruments Interview form Data Analysis Method Content analysis (3) Validation of the Guidelines Method Conducting a Connoisseurship seminar 9 experts With knowledge and experience according to the specified qualifications Instrument Validation and appropriateness checklist Data Analysis Mean Standard deviation It was found that 1) Academic Operation Status Overall The academic operation status is at a moderate level When considering each aspect Ranked from highest to lowest Supervision, Monitoring, and Evaluation Network Academic Operation Planning Network Academic Operation and Network Academic Operation Improvement 2) Development of Academic Operation Guidelines The academic operation guidelines consist of 4 aspects and 64 guidelines as follows 1) Network Academic Operation Planning 4 steps 16 guidelines 2) Network Academic Operation 4 steps 16 guidelines 3) Supervision, Monitoring, and Evaluation of Network Academic Operation 4 steps 16 guidelines 4) Improvement of Network Academic Operation 4 steps 16 guidelines Each step in each aspect is implemented using the Deming Quality Cycle (PDCA). 3) Results of the Validation and Appropriateness Assessment of the Academic Operation Guidelines of the Prajim Pattana Quality Education Network Results: The academic operation guidelines of the Prajim Pattana Quality Education Network passed all criteria of the assessment.
