| dc.description.abstract | Quality of nursing care is crucial for improving patients’ health status. The objectives of this descriptive predictive study were to explore the quality of nursing care of nurses and examine factors predicting the quality of nursing care including nurse work environment, job satisfaction, nurse staffing, educational levels, and work experience, among nurses in general hospitals in Mandalay, the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. The subjects were 218 nurses from five general hospitals selected using stratified random sampling methods. The study instruments included the Practice Environment Scale of the Nursing Work Index, the Job Satisfaction Survey, and the Good Nursing Care Scale of which the Cronbach’s alpha coefficients were .88, .91, and .98, respectively. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and stepwise multiple regression. | en_US |

| thesis.description.thaiAbstract | คุณภาพของการพยาบาลเป็นสิ่งสำคัญต่อการปรับปรุงภาวะสุขภาพของผู้ป่วย วัตถุประสงค์ของการศึกษาแบบพรรณนาเชิงพยากรณ์นี้เพื่อศึกษาคุณภาพการพยาบาลของพยาบาลและปัจจัยทำนายคุณภาพของการพยาบาล ได้แก่ สิ่งแวดล้อมในการปฏิบัติการพยาบาล ความพึงพอใจในงาน การจัดอัตรากำลังทางการพยาบาล ระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์การทำงานของพยาบาลในโรงพยาบาลทั่วไป เมืองมัณทะเลย์ สาธารณรัฐแห่งสหภาพเมียนมาร์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพยาบาล 218 คน จากโรงพยาบาลทั่วไป 5 แห่ง สุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษานี้ ได้แก่ แบบวัดสิ่งแวดล้อมในการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลของดัชนีของพยาบาล แบบสำรวจความพึงพอใจในงาน และแบบวัดการพยาบาลที่ดีที่มีคำสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคเท่ากับ .88 .91 และ 93 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนาและการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการศึกษานี้ พบว่า 1. คุณภาพการพยาบาลโดยรวมตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลในระดับสูง (X̅ = 291.95, SD = 28.57) 2. สิ่งแวดล้อมในการปฏิบัติการพยาบาล (β = .51, P < 0.05) การจัดอัตรากำลังทางการพยาบาล (β = -.23, P < 0.05) ประสบการณ์การทำงาน (β = .18, P < 0.05) และความพึงพอใจในงาน (β = .13, P < 0.05) ร่วมทำนายคุณภาพการพยาบาลได้ร้อยละ 56.00 ผลการศึกษานี้ให้ข้อมูลที่เป็นประโยชน์แก่ผู้บริหารโรงพยาบาลและผู้บริหารทางการพยาบาลในการกำหนดกลยุทธ์เพื่อยกระดับและคงไว้ซึ่งคุณภาพการพยาบาลที่ให้โดยพยาบาลในโรงพยาบาลทั่วไปในเมืองมัณฑะเลย์ สาธารณรัฐแห่งสหภาพเมียนมาร์ โดยการปรับปรุงสิ่งแวดล้อมที่สนับสนุนการทำงาน การจัดอัตรากำลังทางการพยาบาล และความพึงพอใจในงานของพยาบาล | en_US |
