Abstract: Vanpools are an effective mode of transportation for groups of people going to the same place. Chiang Mai Rajabhat University provide the Vanpools pick up service project to students who travel between two campus districts: Chiang Mai Rajabhat University, Mae Rim district, and Chiang Mai Rajabhat University, Muang district, with a distance of approximately 30 kilometers. This study examined components using factor analysis and analyzed reasonable fees using Kishi's Logit Price Sensitivity Measurement Model (KLP). The study developed a binary logit model for motorcycles and air-conditioned buses, and a multinomial logit model for three modes: motorcycles, songthaew, and air-conditioned buses. According to the study's findings, the reasonable fare was between 11.24 and 18.95 baht. The group of variables that influence the choice of travel mode includes positive feelings, negative feelings, service aspects, perceptions of controlled or adjusted behavior, intentions, and past behavior, with a Kaiser–Meyer–Olkin (KMO) statistic value of 0.849. Additionally, the following factors influence the choice of transport mode: gender, age, access time, in-vehicle travel time, travel cost, being on time, having adequate seats, preventing accidents, and reducing engine vibration. Upon examination of the policy without collecting fees for air-conditioned buses and songthaew, it was found that the proportion of users of air-conditioned buses and songthaew was 70.60 percent and songthaew 12.33 percents., Furthermore If the fare was collected at 20 baht per trip, it was found that the proportion of users of air-conditioned buses and songthaew was 38.56 percent and songthaew 6.73 consequently. While reducing vehicle access time from eight to five minutes increased the use of songthaew and air-conditioned buses of only three to five percents. If air-conditioned buses service is improved by prioritizing accident safety, having adequate seats, and being on time, and reducing engine vibration can encourage the number of passengers by 7.69 percent.
