Abstract: The research study aimed to explore opportunities for improving customer access through a crowdfunding platform for handicraft products. It aimed to address the funding challenges faced by SMEs in the handicraft industry and enhance marketing channels. The study utilized handicraft products from a community enterprise called "Hoi Hom" located in Mae La Noi District, Mae Hong Son Province, to showcase their stories and community lifestyle. The products were designed to meet the needs of users on the international crowdfunding platform, Kickstarter. The quantitative survey was conducted to gather user feedback. The survey consisted of general information, platform usage experience, and satisfaction level. The survey was conducted with two groups: Hoi Hom community enterprise members and actual users of the crowdfunding platform, totaling 25 participants. The survey results indicate that the adoption of a crowdfunding platform increases the opportunity to access handicraft products. By creating the highest level of satisfaction for users
