Abstract: The purpose of this research is to develop new working methods. To develop new working standards, to find the break-even point of daily and monthly housekeeper employment. To start we need to get all of the information of the employees in the roles of housekeeper's demands because these people will be the group in which these rules and regulations are improvised on. We begin fixing the problems by using Flow Process Charts to see the situation as it is and we also need to study the time and motion of events in which the housekeepers need to do. Both of the factors are analyzed by using ECRS methods to find out the main problems so we can get rid of the unnecessary processes. After that, we need to develop new pieces of equipment such as Visual controls and Check sheets to make our work convenient, easier, and also increase the speed of our work. After both positions of housekeepers get to use the new system, we found out that in the parts of housekeeping work the check sheets can reduce human errors of misplacing facilities such as in hotel rooms from 18 percent down to O percent. Arranging the trollies by using visual control and creating a standard help book can reduce the overall working hours of housekeepers in the roles of check out in rooms such as the Superior/Deluxe King bed, rooms which has been reduced from 26 minutes 35 seconds to 21 minutes 31 seconds or we can say that it was reduced by 19.06 percent., the next example is in Superior / Deluxe twin beds from 26 minutes 16 seconds down to 22 minutes 14 seconds of reduced by 15.36 percent, Executive King bed, rooms from 27 minutes 2 seconds to 22 minutes 13 seconds or reduced by 17.82 percent, and we have reduced the overall working time of housekeepers in In-House roles in Superior / Deluxe King beds from 17 minutes 2 seconds to 13 minutes 47 seconds or it can be reduced by 19.08 percent, in Superior / Deluxe twin beds from 16 minutes 53 seconds to 13 minutes 4 seconds or it can be reduced by 22.61 percent. In Executive King bed, rooms from 17 minutes 35 seconds to 14 minutes 23 seconds or it can be reduced by 18.02 percent. And in housekeeping supervisors, developing a standard guide book can bring the overall time of writing daily reports from 68 minutes 8 seconds to 57 minutes 37 seconds or a 15.44 percent reduction, and it can also reduce time spent in auditing room standards in Superior / Deluxe rooms from 11 minutes 48 seconds to 8 minutes 55 seconds or reduced by 24.44 percent, also Executive rooms from 13 minutes 35 seconds to 11 minutes 35 seconds or by 14.72 percent. From calculating the Break-even point to find if it is worth the investment, to calculate the accurate payment that should be given out of both Daily and monthly employees. We later found out that hiring Daily employees is a better choice and more profitable, in 2 ways. For every 10 percent increase of hotel reservation, we would need to hire either 1 Daily or monthly employee, to be able to attend all of the chores that are required. But regarding following the analysis of hiring housekeepers or not is the choice of General Manager or specifically the Human Resource Director, in which they need to analyze by also including information such as working capabilities of Daily and monthly employees, and also the ensurance regarding the employee's working times.
