Abstract

This research aims to study factors that affect staffs in the office of Lampang Attorney General in the decision of using digital technology, study problem and obstacles of using, digital technology in the office of Lampang Attorney and study the method system etc. In order to get must out of using digital technology in the justice system. By using the method of a qualitative research, collecting information by interviewing 26 people specifically, namely choosing 12 public prosecutors and 14 administrative official who involve of use the digital technology in their work. The instrument of this research is semi-structure interview form method. Data was collected by interviewing and analyzed the data by content analysis and analytic induction. The study found that 1) Factors affecting the decision to use digital technology of public prosecutors and administrative officials in the Lampang Provincial Public Prosecutor's Office were personal factors, consisting of job title, job description, assigned duties affecting the use of the electronic justice administration system by all prosecutors and affecting the use of this system by 6 administrative officials, but affecting the use of the electronic case directory system by 5 prosecutors and 14 administrative officials. this system. Perception factors include : policy awareness perceived benefits perceived ease of use, expectation, confidence in the system, skills, knowledge, self-efficacy affects the use of the system by all prosecutors and administrative officials, but the awareness of the readiness of tools and equipment and that the information system does not affect some parts of the prosecutor's use of the system; and Self-efficacy factors were skills, knowledge, ability to use computers, confidence, confidence in the use of the system affecting the use of the system by prosecutors and administrative officials in some parts but trying to learn Satisfaction in the stability of the system, can be used quickly, accurately, complete, and the availability of tools and equipment and the facilities do not affect the use of the system by prosecutors and administrative officials. 2) Problems and obstacles in using digital technology in the operation, consisting of personnel, equipment, information systems, other fields and 3) Guidelines for improvement, correction and development, namely personnel development to have skills and knowledge Proficiency in using the system according to their role allocate modern computers develop a stable information system and to improve the rules and regulations for the use of technology systems to suit the current situation Under the security system for accessing information.
