Abstract

This research studied Network Governance for The COVID – 2019Pandemic in the Chiang Mai Central Prison. The purposes of this research is to study procedures, steps of working, of network management in crisis situation and to study problems and obstacles in Network Management in Crisis Situation of the Mae Taeng District Office, Chiang Mai Province During the Situation of Coronavirus Disease 2019 Spreading in the Chiang Mai Central Prison by using qualitative research methodology. The data were collected by semi-structured in-depth interviews the informants were chief executive of government sector a total of 3 people and group interviews the informants were agent of village health volunteers and agent of village headman a total of 10 people.

The results showed Mae Taeng District Office is the center of manage on crisis situation by network management collaboration with government sector, private sector, and citizen sector. They have the same purpose is to prevent and control coronavirus disease 2019 spreading in the Chiang Mai Central Prison to spread to social and communities by setup 4 Local Quarantines and assign job to work or manage Local Quarantine. The problems and obstacles of work were the problems about locations because they have to found appropriate location, far away forms communities and disease control theoretically, lack of staff, lack of budget lastly, lack of work experiences.
