Abstract

-This independent study focused on the Political Movement Roles of the Democrat Party. “The Politicians” Project, which effected on young generation who joined The Politicians Project and ages between 18 and 40 years old (Generation Z and Generation Y) The purposes of this independent study were 1) To study the Political Movement Roles of The Politicians Project of the Democrat Party that effect on young generation 2) To explore and analyze the Attitude or Thought of young people who joined The Politicians Project of Democrat Party and 3) To find out the political roles of young generation who joined “The Politicians” Project of Democrat Party. The result explored that 1) The Politicians Project was engaged and mobilized youth- young generation, provided young people face in accessing the public sphere for developing their skills, knowledge and experiences. Moreover, this project was used as a tool to explain Democrat Party’s political ideology, persuaded young people for being political party officers and leading to be politicians also. Youth-young generation who joined The Politicians project got more political field experiences. Furthermore, some people got more job opportunities and connections. 2) Young people suggested that the Political Participation of the Democrat Party Project could be more creatively focus on practical part. Young people opinions should be more accepted by politicians and political party members of Democrat Party. Democrat Party Administration must be more flexible and adaptive in new innovations or technologies. Additionally, providing the job positions in Democrat Party to young generation were important for mobilization of participation in long term as well as young people were able to develop Democrat Party and tend to be the Democrat Party's political bastion also. 3) Youth -young generation Roles were Democrat Party officers, politicians and members. They have worked in several political roles such as mobilizing resources, cooperate other issues for Democrat Party accomplishments.
