การพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานด้านการอนุญาตทางปกครอง ด้วยระบบ E-DOPA License ของกลุ่มงานบริหารงานปกครอง ที่ทำการปกครองหางดง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่

Abstract

This research aims to (1) study the improvement of Administrative Permission Performance by the e-DOPA License Program System of Administrative Section, Hang Dong District Office, Chiang Mai Province (2) study the factors that cause the Administrative Permission Department to be unable to complete the work on time (3) suggest guidelines for improving the efficiency of the administrative licensing department's operations. The qualitative research method was used with data received from two different sources: secondary data by documentary review and primary data by participant observation and interview. The result found that e-DOPA License program is an information technology system developed to allow the operators to plan and activate the system according the business issue of the member of the public. The system is more accurate, fast and fair in accordance with the procedures required by law. However, the operation some programs are still delayed, not completed within the timeframe which is a result of problems in the quality of the process, service provision and workload of the organization. The environment is not conducive to work as it should be. As well as personnel led to the suggestion that should be improved and develop the system to be more suitable for use for the benefit of defining a clearer operational plan.
