Abstract: This thesis presents the development of pavement materials through the process of recycling old pavement materials for reuse. The material developed in this research is the first grade with cement for the second improvement with asphalt emulsion and cement. from the test results of unconfined compressive strength, flexural strength and water absorption of this developed sample material compared with the control material with the same cement content. It was found that mixing asphalt emulsion with cement was able to improve the mechanical properties and anti-water absorption properties compared to cement-only blends. From the strength test results, it was found that the asphalt emulsion content at 4% by cement mass It demonstrates the potential to develop the best pavement through a secondary recycle process of asphalt emulsion combined with cement. The improved quality can be used as a prototype material for road repair and construction applications in Thailand.
