Abstract: | The study on “Network of Royal Initiative Projects Management to Improve the Quality of People Life in Mae Chaem District Area, Chiang Mai Province” aims to 1) study on form and network of Royal Initiative Project management and 2) to investigate key success factors of the network of Royal Initiative Project management. This is the qualitative research that 15 informants were interviewed including 2 people from Agricultural Development Unit, 1 person from Resource Development Unit, 3 people from Resource Development Unit, 2 people from Career Development Unit, 2 people from Transportation Development and Communication Unit, 3 people from Welfare Development and Education Unit and 2 people from Public Health Unit. The findings reveal that there are three forms and networks of Royal Initiative Project management to improve the quality of people's life in Mae Chaem district area, Chiang Mai province. 1) the area-based networking 2) the issue-based networking and 3) the structure-based networking. The relationship of networks of Royal Initiative Projects Management includes both vertical and horizontal relations. The Office of the Royal Development Projects Board (ORDPB) is one example of vertical relation that which all operations are centralized. For the horizontal relation, the local networking units will work on their responsibilities. Besides, there are three key success factors of Royal Initiative Projects Management which are 1) follow-up system, 2) personal relationship of staff, and 3) area familiarization. |
