Abstract: The purpose of this research were to study the leadership style associated with job satisfaction of Chiang Mai Provincial Administrative Organization personnel and to study the level of work satisfaction of Chiang Mai Provincial Administrative Organization personnel. This research a quantitative method was used to collect two-way data, namely opinions of 224 Chiang Mai Provincial Administrative Organization personnel and from the interpretation of the self-test to assess leadership from 4 Chiang Mai Provincial Administrative Organization leaders. The research tools were questionnaires. Statistics used for analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson Product Moment Coefficient. The study found that Most of the Chiang Mai Provincial Administrative Organization personnel had the opinion that the Chiang Mai Provincial Administrative Organization leaders had the most team leadership. Followed by moderate leadership, people-oriented leader, task-oriented leader and a relaxed leader, respectively. 2) The results of the analysis of The Blake and Mouton Managerial Grid Leadership Self-Assessment Questionnaire found that all 4 executives of the Chiang Mai Provincial Administrative Organization had the characteristics of team leadership. 3) Most of Chiang Mai Provincial Administrative Organization personnel were satisfied with their overall performance at a high level. The highest satisfaction in each aspect was relationship with leaders and colleagues followed by Success and stability in work the nature of the assigned work Remuneration and welfare aspect of acceptance policy and administration and working environment, respectively. 4) Team leadership style, middle line and people-oriented style had moderate positive correlation with job satisfaction of Chiang Mai Provincial Administrative Organization personnel with statistical significance at the 0.05 level and the free-flowing leadership style. There was a low negative relationship with job satisfaction of Chiang Mai Provincial Administrative Organization personnel. Statistically significant at the 0.05 level.
