Abstract: | The purpose of this research is twofold: first, to evaluate the effectiveness of the PEA Life application, and second, to identify any problems, obstacles, and suggestions for improvement. This quantitative study involved a sample of 347 employees and workers of the Provincial Electricity Authority in Region 1 (Northern Region), Chiang Mai Province, who completed a questionnaire. The results of the study indicated that the PEA Life application was highly rated in terms of efficiency, responsiveness, effectiveness, fairness, perceived ease of use, and sufficiency. Additionally, participants reported high levels of perceived benefits and appropriateness. However, participants also identified some problems and obstacles that could hinder the development and improvement of the PEA Life application. These issues included stability concerns, incomplete listening in various applications, limitations in use in the iOS system, and inconvenient updates. Participants suggested addressing these issues by linking information to various operating systems, ensuring user manuals are concise and easy-to-understand, developing ease of use, and enhancing data privacy protection. |
