Abstract

This independent study is a study to create a framework by comparing privacy impact assessment indicators. Structural framework from the requirements under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 when considering the multi-domain transactional processing of the Chiang Mai University Registry and Processing Office. The researcher used the data to assess the impact of personal data protection along with identifying high-risk information to guide other entities with multi-domain transactional processing. Aware of the essence of personal data protection laws impact on the organization Promote the security of personal information Including the storage and management of various personal information appropriately. The researcher selected three personal Data Protection Risk Assessment tools that focused on privacy risk scoring methods: the GS1 tool, the iPIA tool, and the SPIA tool for the protection impact assessment and uses DPIA for designing a security and privacy protection strategy. From the assessment of the impact of personal data protection, it can be said that creating a structural framework from the requirements under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 when considering the multi-domain transactional processing of the Chiang Mai University Registry and Processing Office can be used as a guideline for other agencies with multi-domain transactional processing.
