Abstract: The purposes of this research were to develop the secondary students’ lesson plans with the Innovation of Task-Based Digital Learning and study English literacy after learning through lesson plans with the innovation of task-based digital learning. The target group was 30 Grade 9 students studying Fundamental English (E 23101) in the first semester of the academic year 2021 at Montfort College Secondary Section The experimental instruments were 6 lesson plans using Innovation of Task-Based Digital Learning. The students were taught for 20 periods and each period were 50 minutes. The data collection instruments were the English literacy assessment form through the oral presentation speaking that were administered before and after the experiment. The data were analyzed for mean, standard deviation and percentage. The findings were as follows: 1. The secondary students’ lesson plans with the Innovation of Task-Based Digital Learning in Fundamental English can practically develop and use with an efficiency of 80/80. 2. The secondary students’ English literacy after learning through the Innovation of Task-Based Digital Learning was higher.
