การพัฒนาการใช้ระบบสารสนเทศกองทัพบกของสายสรรพาวุธ มณฑลทหารบกที่ 33 จังหวัดเชียงใหม่

Abstract

This study aimed to (1) investigate the opinions of staff towards the development of information system and (2) study the development guideline of e-Army of the Ordnance Department, Royal Thai Army - 33rd Military Circle, Chiang Mai Province. For data collection, 20 staff and 3 administrators were requested to reply to the survey form. The in-depth interview, with open-ended questions, was done to acquire more details related to the research objectives. The results revealed that the most important stage to develop the information system (e-Army) was the testing phase. So, the users could reflect on their opinions which would later help reduce the system's errors. Also, the staff responsible to the system could operate the system efficiently. The researcher pondered this result thoughtfully and would like to suggest several approaches for developing the e-Army system of the Ordnance Department, Royal Thai Army - 33rd Military Circle, Chiang Mai Province. Firstly, the goals, objectives, and importances of the e-Army should be clarified, so everyone in the unit could have a better understanding. Secondly, the up-skill training should be conducted as well as the work process should be reviewed. Thirdly, the communication with staff should be improved so that they could cooperate with others more efficiently. Next, the work process should be inspected continuously so the staff could work accurately. Besides, the problems of system delay should be improved so that it could be operated quickly and simultaneously. Lastly, the staff responsible for the information system should not be changed frequently.
