Abstract: This independent study aims to study the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak on the performance of companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand and the Company's performance by collecting the information of the 2nd quarter financial statements for the past 7 years from 2014 – 2020 A total of 373 companies were analyzed statistically using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study found that The correlation between the COVID 19 pandemic impact variable (Period) was negatively correlated with the return on total assets ratio (NROA), and the company's total earnings logarithm variable (REV) was positively correlated with the return on total assets (NROA) could explain that when the COVID-19 pandemic caused the company's performance to decline.
