Abstract: The proposes of this study were (1) to examine the relationship among learning, perceived organizational support, motivation to transfer, and training transfer, and (2) to investigate the moderating roles of perceived organizational support and motivation to transfer affecting the relationship between learning and training transfer. The population of this study was 128 employees of automotive parts manufacturer, who passed IATF 16949 quality management system training course. The research instruments consisted of a test of knowledge from IATF 16949 quality management system training course, perceived organizational support scale, motivation to transfer scale, and training transfer scale. Reliability of the scales were between .77 - .96. Statistics used to examine the hypotheses were Pearson's Product moment correlation and hierarchical regression analysis by using Process macro (model 2). The results showed that learning was not significant positively correlated whit training transfer. In additions, both variables of perceived organizational support and motivation to transfer were positively correlate with training transfer (p < .01). However, both variables of perceived organizational support and motivation to transfer did not play significant moderate variable roles in the relationship between learning and training transfer.
