Abstract: The goal of this study was to look into gender stigma and disability among disabled women. Also, look into the process of empowering women with disabilities to participate in society. By applying a semi-structured interview method, the researcher's experience as a woman with disabilities and the experiences of 11 women with disabilities who were socially involved were studied using a qualitative research method, a case study approach in the study of perception, experience, and meaning. According to the findings, the stigma surrounds women with disabilities influenced the backgrounds and experiences of the 11 women with disabilities in the case studies. Gender and disability have a lot in common. Other factors such as class, age, occupation, education, economic and social standing contributed to the perception of women with impairments as worthless and incompetent. There is no qualification of being a wife, mother, and should not be married. It occurs regularly through various social institutions, such as family, religion, medical, educational, and workplace organizations. It has resulted in the stigmatization of disabled women in varied ways, including using separate identifications based on their physical appearance. The raising awareness of the negative consequences of handicap concerning the concepts of sin, separation, rejection, and exclusion from other groups making them "others" or uncommon in society. However, women with disabilities who go through the procedure empowering social involvement, which leads to self-worth, do not perceive disability or femininity as a barrier. Part of the empowerment process comes from an outside organization, an organization with disabilities formed through shared experience in the stigma of disability and gender. To establish a process that supports participation and includes decision- making at every phase, understand the uniqueness of women with disabilities. The operation opened (Safe space, shared experience area) in the empowerment processing, enhancing the likelihood of involvement, improving self-esteem, and granting or reinstating some rights that infringed. It discovered that women from all backgrounds responded positively to various empowerment techniques to overcome stigma and exclusion.
