Abstract: This independent study is Service System Design for Dry Cleaning Business in Chiang Mai District. The objective of this study was to study the design of dry cleaning service systems in Mueang Chiang Mai District. Using a group meeting of dry cleaning service providers prepare for service blueprint of dry cleaning business and use questionnaires as a tool for data collection of Marketing Mix Factors (7'Ps), that affect the selection of dry cleaning services from the target group of 100 service users and analyzed the data using descriptive statistics, where the statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean then make takes the result and make a new service blueprint for dry cleaning business. The findings showed that the target mostly responded questionnaire were female government officers between 21-30 years and income between 20,001 - 25,000 baht. In service behavior, dry cleaning businesses found that most of them brought their own clothes to wash. There was average outgoing 500 baht per time. Frequency of using the service 1 time per week. Period of use of the dry-cleaning service was 18.00. - 20.00. The person who influences the decision to use the service was themself. Besides, the results of this study indicated that the most marketing mix factors on using decision making of dry-cleaning was product, then process, people, physical evidence, price, place, and promotion respectively. Marketing mix factors affecting the development of dry cleaning services blueprints are increasing the background staffing activities and customer activities regarding product delivery, increasing support activities on employees training. Regarding service fees, manners, personality, methods of separating clothes and checking the fabrics. The findings and preparation showed that Service Blueprint of the dry cleaning business shows the process of the service and the connection of the dry cleaning business. Related people able to follow up when there is a delay or can track the status of dry cleaning at any time. The service blueprint of dry cleaning business also makes the service provider dry cleaning able to improve and develop the service system to increase efficiency and productivity.
