Abstract: The aims of this thesis were (1) to analyze work context and identify an inefficient transportation management problems (2) to analyze and knowledge synthesis by using a knowledge engineering (3) to develop information management system for ISO 39001: 2012 (4) applying system and evaluation of ISO 39001: 2012 (Road Traffic Safety: RTS) is a standard for Road Traffic Safety Management System which consisting of driver, vehicle and route to prevent or reduce the potential loss of life and property. From the preliminary case study on data found that aceident statistics of the company occurred in every past year. The poor operation and lack of integration will lead to inefficient knowledge of work. The framework of Information System Development for Road Safety Management was designed into four phases. Semi-structured interviews and document analysis will use to validate the knowledge and identify the problem area by using a Fishbone diagram. Create the knowledge models follows the methodology of knowledge engineering accordance with ISO 39001: 2012 and design requirement frame to develop information system management then performance testing with Acceptance test and use the performance appraise form to measuring the customer satisfaction. It uses of System Usability combined with Focus Group for system presentation. The results of the first step found that the company analyzed data on difference database. It is one of the main causes of information system problem. The structure of the company and work process were acquired by using a knowledge model. The knowledge synthesis consisted of task knowledge, inference knowledge and domain knowledge in accordance with ISO 39001:2012, Road Traffic Safety (RTS) Management Systems Article 7. the system works as three tier that meet the need of users. For example, such as the number of employees' daily graph, and daily breakdown car report. A relational database was adjusted in a normative form and displayed the results The last part is the use of the system and evaluation. The test found that the system was able to responds to the needs of the user and the results of the system performance assessment was found to be quite satisfied with the system's performance and the evaluation of user satisfaction, it was considered to be at an acceptable level.
